Photos from the 2010 excursion on the West Texas & Lubbock

Tuesday, November 23, 2010

Today's trip over the T-NM included a stop at the headquarter at Eunice, New Mexico. Here CN-51 passes power for the day's freight.

CN-51 passes the loading racks at Combest, New Mexico.

CN-51 passes the cattle drive sculpture at Jal, New Mexico.

South of Jal, CN-51 passes a large petroleum tank farm.

Built for branchline service in Canada's Northwest Territory, CN-51 looks a bit out of place at Magwalt, Texas.

Here CN-51 sits at the end of track near Lovington, New Mexico, at the end of a long, but fun, day.
