sponsored by SARMOn November 19, 2005, the Southern Appalachia Railway Museum ran a rare mileage roundtrip ride between Americus, Georgia and Ochille, Georgia on the “City of Miami” route, now owned by the Georgia Southwestern Railroad.

After a trip to near Columbus, Georgia, the train performed
a photo runby at a large beaver pond near Halloca, Georgia..
